When you open a Bengaluru property on 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker or Housing.com, Doobega adds a small badge to the corner of the page with the verdict for that exact spot — and a link to the full report.

Install in one minute

  1. Download the extension file above and unzip it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and switch on Developer mode (top right).
  3. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped doobega-extension folder.
  4. Open any Bengaluru listing on a supported site — the Doobega badge appears in the bottom-right corner. Click it for the evidence.
  5. Optional: pin Doobega to the toolbar (the puzzle-piece icon) to search any address from anywhere.

How it works

The extension reads only the page you are already looking at, to find the property’s location — the map pin when the listing has one, otherwise the project or locality name (the badge then says area check, because the match is approximate). It then runs the same checks as this website against Doobega’s public flood data, right inside your browser. It never collects anything from these sites in the background.

Privacy

The check runs on your own computer. To do it, the extension downloads Doobega’s public data files for the neighbourhood you are looking at — the same files this website uses. There is no account, and no browsing history, personal data or tracking of any kind. You can switch the badge off at any time from the toolbar button.
